Both our trucks are built to the highest insulating specification, in effect they’re floating rooms within rooms. A great deal of time and attention has been paid to the acoustics and ergonomics of the recording space. Truck Red II features an additional production/overdub and video gallery room. Along with silent ducted air-conditioning, all our facilities conform with the latest electrical certification BS7909.

Born in Spring 2008 the Red TX Mobile Studio (RED I) is at the cutting edge of acoustic and technical design. Utilising the Studer Vista 8 Platform with 96 mic amps on board as standard and with all popular record formats available the truck is pretty well equipped for any audio challenge.

Born in Spring 2011, RED II has been built from ground up to cater for the significant growth in 3D; 5.1 and 7.1 formats. It features the latest Studer Console technology and PMC AML 5.1 Monitoring in a lead-lined floating environment for the ultimate in acoustic Isolation.

The new trailer also benefits from an additional studio space which is ideal for overdubs, TV fly-pack production or even as additional edit suite.
